Used for:

  • floors under levelled layer of sand concrete;
  • wooden floors;
  • hanging and stretching ceiling;

  • other.

This material is universal: almost soundproof (improves the sound isolation quality of the room by 28-39 dB, depending on model), helps to hold the heat in the room and works as a vibration suppressor. “ThermoZvukIzol” effectively removes structural noise. It’s thin (14 mm), lasting and easy to assemble.

Composition:

  • needle-perforated glass fibre sheets (soundproof, vibration suppression);
  • non-woven material protective casing.

Recommendation for use:

As an impact neutralizer and vibration suppressor base for the flooring (floating effect):

  1. Lay down the material on a clean base (dust it, remove any trash). Lay the fabric so it would not overlap.
  2. The links between the cuts must be taped with the strengthening tape (scotch type).
  3. Lay the material on the walls at about 4 cm.

As sound isolation layer between walls and ceiling:

  1. The material is glued and additionally affixed with plastic elements.
  2. Start with the adjacent wall.
