Basalt wool plates “BP Premium”

Description

Sound absorbing plates made from the base of basalt fibre. They’re used as the filling for
standard walls’, partitions’ and ceilings’ sound isolation systems.
Used in:
 ceilings, partitions between the floors;
 walls and partitions;
 as wooden floor coverage.
Composition:
Laminated glass basalt fibre.
“BP Premium” is a heat and sound isolation material made from a large amount (not less
than 90% consistency) basalt fibre. Optimal size (1000 x 600 x 50 mm) plates distinguish
itself by high mechanical strength, optimal density (60 kg / m³) and longer filaments. These
qualities grant high acoustics characteristics for the products “BP Premium”. For this reason,
it can be used not only as heat isolator, but also as a soundproof material. Usually, “BP
Premium” is used as an inner layer in frames, partitions, overlays, hanging ceiling, etc. They
are fire resistant, don’t decay, don’t shrink, are environmental friendly and resistant to
insect’s and rodent’s activities. The combination of universality and great price makes “BP
Prime” a popular choice in every step of the construction stages.
Recommendations for use:
1. BP Prime” material can be mounted as any other mineral wool.
2. Use gloves.
3. Cut the material with a knife.
4. “BP Prime” easily cover all empty cavities.
